In life, we all face challenges and struggles that can leave us feeling lost, alone, and broken. Whether it’s trauma from our past or the darkest period of our lives, the pain can be all-consuming. But there is hope. There is a path to healing, and it’s one that writer, storyteller, and entrepreneur Tanja Subotic knows all too well. Rather than deal with trauma head on, she discovered the infinite power of the Divine Spirit within herself, and now she’s on a mission to share that light with the world through her creative storytelling.

In the darkness of our own suffering, it can be easy to feel lost, alone, and overwhelmed. The weight of our past traumas and wounds can hold us down, leaving us struggling to find our way out of the pain. But for Tanja Subotic, there is hope. She believes that at the heart of healing lies the power of self-knowledge. “Know thyself!”

Through her approach to healing, Subotic emphasizes the importance of taking the time to truly know ourselves. It’s not enough to simply acknowledge our traumas and triggers; we must be willing to dive deeper, to unravel the hidden truth of self and unveil our essence to resurrect the power within.

It’s not an easy path, but it is a journey that promises change for the greater good of your own humanity. Within us is the Divine Spirit the greater power of light and within that light is wisdom. We have a choice to be governed by ego or by our divinity. Upon union and communion with our divinity, our highest self lies all the wisdom and love to lead a life of beauty, rooted in love.

Subotic now hopes to motivate everyone yearning to start a new chapter in this awakening journey we call life. This is after suffering intolerable pain to reclaim her inner strength.

“Along this journey, I have become enriched with multiple techniques and knowledge to unfold the fullest potential in cultivating a life of balance and harmony that continues to unfold inner essence to create them,” explains Subotic.

At the heart of Subotic’s approach is a powerful message of hope: that we can heal, that we can grow, and that we can find our way back to ourselves. It’s a message that resonates deeply with anyone who has ever felt lost, alone, or overwhelmed by their own pain. And it’s a message that reminds us that, no matter how dark our struggles may seem, there is always a light at the end of the tunnel.

Following are the key techniques to healing according to Subotic:

  • Connecting to Breath

One of the most basic yet powerful techniques in Tanja Subotic’s healing toolkit is connecting to breath. Breathing is something we all do every day, yet most of us do not give it much thought. According to Subotic, consciously connecting with your breath is a simple yet effective way to release illness and stress. By focusing on your breath and taking deep, intentional breaths, you can calm your mind and relax your body. This technique is especially helpful for those who struggle with anxiety and stress-related disorders.

Subotic adds, “Cultivating a breath and constantly tuning into the breath – inhaling spirit all the time and exhaling all that does not reside, all the disharmony.”

  • Prayer and Communion

Tanja Subotic credits this technique with giving her the answers and guidance she needed to find her way through the healing process. “By tuning in and asking what was needed at each stage of my healing journey, I was able to get guidance in the form of synchronicities, which supplied me with answers and direction,” Tanja Subotic says.

This technique that Subotic uses to heal is prayer. However, it is not the religious type of prayer that we are all familiar with. Instead, it is a communion that involves channeling downloads from a higher power. This type of prayer involves being open to receiving guidance and wisdom from a source beyond yourself. By connecting with this higher power, you can tap into a wellspring of healing energy that can help you overcome any obstacle.

  • Music and Sound

Subotic also believes in the power of music and sound to heal the mind and body. She believes that any tune or harmony that broadcasts a tone that heals can aid in relaxation and stress relief. Intoning or singing can also help you release negative energy and promote positive energy flow. Tanja Subotic recommends listening to classical music, but any music that resonates with you can be used for healing purposes.

“Older classical music and inspirational renditions can take you to really remarkable heights if you’re willing to work with the tunes of the spheres and where they may lead you, so that’s where I get inspiration for my creative work.” Subotic explains.

  • Plugging into Nature

Nature has a powerful healing effect on the mind and body. Subotic recommends spending time in nature, whether it be going for a walk in the park, hiking in the mountains, or simply sitting in a garden. Nature has a way of grounding us and connecting us with our inner selves. It also provides an opportunity to disconnect from technology and other distractions and simply be present in the moment.

  • Clean Diet

Subotic says, “I am highly conscious of what I consume in order to maintain balance and harmony within my body, thereby preventing any disruptions to my central nervous system. By doing so, I strive to remain constantly aligned and attuned.”

Tanja Subotic is known for her clean diet, and some call her a purist. She is very aware of the disbalances and disharmonies that certain foods can cause in the body. Therefore, she recommends eating a clean, balanced diet that is rich in whole foods, fruits, vegetables, and lean protein. By nourishing your body with the right foods, you can promote optimal health and wellness.

  • Reading and Writing

Lastly, Subotic recommends reading and writing as tools for self-discovery and healing. A recent op-ed in the New York Times Sunday Review confirms that expressive writing may heal us. Writing can help you clarify your thoughts and emotions and gain a deeper understanding of yourself. Reading historical books and scripture can also help you connect with your inner self and tap into a higher power.

With Tanja Subotic’s guidance, those who have been affected by trauma can learn to reconnect with themselves and with the world around them. They can find new meaning and purpose in their lives, and they can rediscover the joys of being alive. Her techniques are like a warm embrace, a reminder that we are not alone in our struggles and that there is always hope for a brighter tomorrow.

For those who have been left feeling like collateral damage, Subotic’s techniques offer a beacon of hope. They remind us that no matter how dark our struggles may seem, there is always a way forward. There is always a light to guide us home.
